1. Create Work Order – Gather vehicle details, add dash photo, mileage, and fuel level.
2. Identify Required Calibrations – Determine necessary ADAS calibrations based on manufacturer guidelines.
3. Complete Initial Photo Documentation – Take before images of vehicle setup.
4. Fuel Weight Compensation & Cargo Removal – Adjust for accurate weight distribution (matching a full tank of gas).

5. 12V Battery Support – Ensure a stable power supply during calibration.
6. Pre-Calibration System Scan – Diagnose and repair all relevant DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes).
7. Wheel Alignment Verification – Validate toe angles and steering angle sensors for accurate calibration.
8. Review OEM Procedures – Confirm recalibration steps based on manufacturer specifications.

9. Perform Required Calibration – Execute OEM-compliant static and/or dynamic calibrations.
10. Remove Fuel Weight & Battery Maintainer – Restore normal vehicle weight distribution.
11. Dynamic System Verification (Test Drive) – Conduct on-road testing if required.
12. Second Dash Photo & Post-Calibration Scan – Capture after images and perform post-calibration system scan.

14. Review & Attach Before/After Photos – Document results for transparency and insurance purposes.
15. Convert Work Order to Invoice – Generate detailed invoices with OEM compliance documentation.
16. Deliver Vehicle & Email Invoice Upon Completion – Provide digital and printed calibration reports to the you.
